More About Me

Ricky Frazier knows
a thing or two about the power of listening and also speaking up for what is
good and right.

For more than 30 years, he has served as a pastor. The Reverend Ricky Frazier
currently is the Presiding Elder of the
African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, supervising 25 churches in Durham,
Orange, Chatham and Lee Counties.

“I love people,” says Ricky, who sees real estate as another way of helping
others secure their dreams of home ownership. He is also eager to work with
home sellers who are moving on to the next chapter of their lives.

Ricky, who holds his Bachelor’s from Livingstone College, along with Master of
Divine and Doctorate of Ministry degrees, added another achievement when he
earned his North Carolina real estate license. His experience, skills and
knowledge about the region serve him well as an agent with Coldwell Banker
Advantage in Sanford, N.C.

Being involved in his community has always been
important to Ricky. He served as a Lee County Commissioner, is the founder of
the Peace Coalition, and also a proud member of the Enrichment Center of Lee
County, Juvenile Crime Prevention Council, and No Man Left Behind, among other
activities to build stronger, more equitable communities.

He has been married for almost 50 years to his
loving and supportive wife, Diane. When not working, he enjoys spending time in
the outdoors and working with his hands; specifically, on cars.
